Vegan protein pancakes recipe

THESE PROTEIN PANCAKES ARE VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE & A TRUE CROWD PLEASER! PERFECT FOR A LATE SUNDAY BRUNCH, OR PRE WORKOUT FUEL - PAIR WITH TOPPINGS OF YOUR CHOICE!

You will need:

Dry ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Gluten free flour
- 35g Green Planet protein powder of your choice 
- 1 Tbs Low calorie sweetener
- 3/4 Tbs Baking powder
- 1/4 Tbs Baking soda


Wet ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Sweetened plant based milk of your choice
- 3/4 Tbs Pure vanilla extract

Mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl, before adding the plant based milk and vanilla extract. Whisk until fully combined and if needed, add one extra table spoon of plant based milk at the time until batter is smooth. Leave to sit while pre heating a pan on medium heat. Lightly coat the pan with your choice of oil, and add the batter 2 table spoons at the time. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and do the same on the other side. Finish with your preferred toppings - we recommend drizzles of maple syrup and fresh berries. Enjoy!
