Green Planet Protein Vegan Brownies

Vegan and flourless protein brownies recipe

These protein brownies are vegan, flourless & deliciously fudgy! Perfect as an afternoon energy booster, post work out snack or craving pleaser!

 You will need: 

- 2 x Ripe Bananas
- 2/3 Cup almond butter
- 1/2 Cup cocoa powder
- 3 Tbs Green Planet original protein powder
- 1 Tbs Low calorie sweetener
- 1 Tbs Pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 Tbs salt
- 1/4 Cup pure maple syrup


Preheat the oven to 160C and line a 20 x 20 brownie tin. Mash the bananas and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix together until smooth. Transfer the batter into the tin then use the back of a spoon to distribute it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes depending on your oven and preferred consistency. Let the brownies cool then place the tin in the fridge overnight to firm without loosing their fudginess. Enjoy!


These brownies can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for 4 weeks.
